With the inner fire to create, innovate, and help business ideas, he aspires of “Empowering Business and Smart Living.” As a technopreneur, business strategy consultant, and technical director, Sudhakar supports and has been the brain behind numerous startups and businesses that integrate IT systems.
Sudhakar’s distinguishing IT inclination is evident from his educational background, which polished his superior technical expertise and problem-solving aptitude.
He has a PhD in Management & IT from Jain University, an MS in Computer Science from Manipal University, an MBA (IT) from SMIT University, and a Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering from KIET.
He has published research articles in prestigious journals and conferences worldwide, including IT, business, SMEs, and IOT.
However, the softer side of RM Sudhakar is perceivable from the spiritualism incorporated in his nature.
He is a practitioner of spiritualism with the goal of a “healthy body and mind.” He regularly reads the Srimad Bhagavad Gita, the Holy Bible, and the Quran. These have helped him bring out the best in his deposition and profession. To quote him, “I felt light-hearted, and my determination grew stronger”.

Are you someone who often seeks social validation, even in something as trivial as “the right thing to say” to “the right type of dressing”? I know it cause and believe me, it gets exhausting after a certain time, and it also hinders your potential to keep things “out of the box”. So, here I am, presenting you a guide to train yourself on how to not let other people’s “fabricated” opinions hamper your display of potential. At the end of the day, “unstoppable growth” requires “unstoppable thinking”, too.
To make it precise yet clear, I have disintegrated the wide expanse of information in this book into 3 interesting sections. I have targeted the relevance of “Going to Growing” and how that step can make a difference in your life and, eventually, in the world. There are some really interesting stories to set the context and mood of the idea behind this book, i.e., how to be the best version of yourself.
Describing my narrative through the context of “Tree” (yes, a tree), I will train you on how to reflect on your true self and eventually be a better person. The central idea of my book is to enhance your uniqueness and work on your signature strengths.
This is the high time you should attain the right planning and mindset to revisit, improvise, prepare, and commit to an amazing and fun-filled endeavour. Always remember that you must sculpt your marvellous life and invest in learning to achieve great results.
I cannot stress enough that “Going to Growing” is not a mantra for success but a constant journey within. You must wake up daily, thank God for your existence, and then make something out of your life. Do not wait for your parents, teachers, friends, mentors, or partner to guide you on what to do next but be the master of your life and see it unfolding as miraculously as you would have never imagined.
My journey from being a loser to an IT mastermind – I lost 75 lakhs.

It doesn’t matter how hard you try, but sometimes things are not under your control. I was in a similar situation where I lost 75 lakhs. The loss made me doubt my calibre. I realise that hard work alone won’t bring you success. But you have to do hard work in a manner that utilises your full potential.Being hopeless doesn’t help; you must start learning to understand your limits and abilities. This is how I began my spiritual journey.
My loss made me think about numerous people who are similar to me and make the same mistakes that I made. I want to become an inspiration to many technopreneurs who are trying their best but need guidance and support. It became my dire desire to help them and guide them through.

With the goal of “Empowering Business and Smart Living” and living up to the terminology of Technopreneur, my mission is to societal progress by revising existing IT systems in a business ambience and suggesting improved, profitable and innovative IT solutions.
My values are powered and backed up by a softer spiritual touch. So I advocate a spiritual mindset in the workplace. My coaching sessions and workshops are efforts to make workspaces coherent with internal wellness.
